Sleepless nights..Worth the while.
4:33:00 AM
Tragedy happened on 13 March 2009. I wasnt expecting this tragic to happen. My Grandma was called home to be with the Lord. In peace she went, leaving this world without any worries. All of the grandchildren has grown up, big enough to take care of themeselves.
My Grandma, a strong woman anyone would want their Grandma to be, suffered a rare blood illness.Lupers.She suffered with great strength to overcome the illness for a whole month. It hurts me deep inside to see her suffer at such a critical stage. It hurt me even more not letting me see her for the last time.Even waving goodbye to her would make me feel better. But i did not get a chance to even do that. The only last wave goodbye was when i last visited her 2 days before she passed away.On the last visit on monday night to the hospistal, i waved her goodbye. Her eyes were passing me a very emotional message not for me to leave. Those eyes were like saying :"dont leave me.." But i left without a second thought.I waved goodbye which was the last time i saw her looking into my eyes.Trying to fight the illness, it seems that the Lord was ready to call her back to Home,Paradise.Grandma has lived to such a riped age,81 years. Life was hard for her, but she managed to pull through the hard times that passed her by.I thank the Lord for all of this, bringing her home peacefully. At least she need not suffer anymore.Anyway its much more relieving to know that she is not suffering anymore.
I would like to thank those who accompanied me to go through those sleepless nights. Gladys,Wenbin,Jon and Sherwin. It is much appreciated that you all would rather give up your rest for me, and go through all this. In this world, what are friends for? To give you their support and go through all the thick and thin.Friends are forever, thanks alot guys.
Grandma, in peace you shall go without anymore worries which were on your mind for the years that you have lived. Paradise shall be your home from the day you left. You shall be missesd greatly.
