Oh yes i suffered through the night, last night i had really terrible cramps and woke up at intervals trying to ease my bowels. Very uncomfortable. Woke up today still not feeling right, had bad headaches and tummy cramps. Aiyoyo.. But the least i could do today was have a proper meal at the market, luckily i had company for lunch.  Eat and chat, than came a retarded friend of mine, talking cock and i do not know what he wants. Crazy. Than after lunch, went home and use the internet, gladys came over to use the internet too as her internet was down. Tsk Tsk Tsk. Anyway, she has dance lessons later on at 7.30p.m. Enjoy ah.
